Applied Kinesiology (AK) or muscle testing is used during most appointments to identify the root causes of your health concerns and helps to pinpoint what is out of balance in the body, what nutrition, herbs or homeopathic remedies will work for you and how much to take. This technique offers the opportunity to design a therapeutic plan that is specific to you.

Based on clinical experience, my clients see improvement on average between 4-6 weeks. The fastest recoveries are from those who most closely follow their recommended nutritional program.

Paperwork will be emailed to be completed and requested to be submitted beforehand. An in-depth discussion of your heart health history and Symptom Survey Form will take up half the appointment. The most integral part will include the Heart Sound Recorder which will be used to gather more information on the efficiency of your heart. Together, we will discuss lifestyle changes and establish a recommendation of nutrients that will work on getting your heart working most efficiently based on the results of your graph.

Health Insurance companies do not cover my services. Cards attached to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) can be used to pay for services and/or products. You may want to speak with your account services team to confirm that this type of transaction is accepted.

Upon scheduling your appointment, paperwork will be sent to you to complete and submit beforehand. We will go over your health history, Symptom Survey Form and address any questions that arise. After the intake, a Heart Sound Recorder Graph will be run to gather more information on the health of your heart. The most interactive portion of your appointment will be the exam, where muscle testing is used to identify stressors and parts of the body that may be weak or underperforming due to nutritional deficiencies.
