The program emphasizes fruits, vegetables, legumes, selected grains, and healthy fats while following the recommended eating plan.
Days 11–21: Continue Building Healthy Habits
Selected protein foods are introduced as you continue following the program's nutrition and supplement guidance.
Throughout the Program: Stay Supported
Use the program guide, meal-planning resources, recipes, and shopping guidance to help you plan ahead. Your virtual group calls offer additional education, encouragement, and opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.
Beyond the Program: Plan Your Next Steps
You'll receive a complimentary individual Next Steps Consultation with Remedy Health to discuss your experience and consider practical ways to continue supporting your wellness goals.

October 28 is the orientation call, followed by three coaching calls during the 21-day program and one post-program group call on November 25.
Your kit can be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge or arranged for pickup at the Remedy Health office in Snohomish. Please allow enough time for delivery before the program begins.

The Metabolic Reset Program is open to both new and existing Remedy Health clients.
Because dietary changes and nutritional supplements aren't appropriate for everyone, all participants must complete a suitability screening before enrollment is confirmed.
